4 Months After Death; Bolu Akin-Olugbade’s Rolls Royce Up For Sale

If the dead could talk, late businessman, Bolu Akin-Olugbade would have called a meeting of his kins, tell them his wish and the consequence that comes if they don’t adhere to his rules, but sadly, the billionaire had gone to meet his maker and could do absolutely nothing when his favorite car was put up for sale recently.

Papermacheonline gathered that the family of the late Aare Ona Kakanfo of Owuland who bowed to death after contracting the coronavirus could not meet up with the expenses of keeping his fleet of cars, informing the decision to sell of some of the automobiles.

One of his 6 Rolls Royce cars was spotted at an auto shop in Ikeja, Lagos to be sold off to meet the demands of running the family.

The late billionaire claimed to have bought his first Rolls Royce in 1984 and had been hooked to the British car since making him the biggest collector of the brand in Nigeria.

His latest acquisition came in 2019, a Rolls Royce Culinan that was personally delivered to him in his Ikoyi, Lagos home.

His bride, radiant in her flowing attire, was the toast of the evening, with cameras capturing every dazzling smile.

Prince Akeem Owoade is a Nigerian and Canadian entrepreneur, philanthropist, and president of 100279 Manitoba Limited, a  real estate investment and financial services business in Manitoba, Canada.

 

Born 47 years ago to a prominent and royal family of Owoade-Agunloye in Oyo town, Prince Akeem Owoade is one of the surviving children of Pa Rasaki Ibiyosi Owoade, the descendant of Aremo Aderounmu Iyanda Owoade, Agure Compound, Oyo town in Oyo State, Nigeria.

Prince Akeem Owoade completed his secondary school education at Baptist High School, Saki, Oyo State, Nigeria in 1992. His father worked for Oyo North Agricultural Development Programme (ONADEP) helping Oke-Ogun community in boosting agricultural productivity.

aking an early interest in engineering, Prince AkeemOwoade began his engineering studies by completing his National Diploma and Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from ‘The Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, Ogun State (1994 to 1997) and The Polytechnic, Ibadan (1999 to 2001), Oyo State. Nigeria respectively. The Governor on his official instagram handle claimed he is glad to have one less school fees to pay at the ceremony which was attended by friends and well wishers.

 

Makinde wished his beloved daughter the best as she embarks on a new chapter of life.

 

Spotted at the graduation ceremony was the Oyo State First Lady, Omini Makinde, lawmaker Stanley Olajide and a handful of friends and aides of the Governor.
