OYO MAYHEM: PDP Youth Leader Cries Out ‘APC Are Liars, Their Thugs Are Behind The Attack’ (alleges Gov Ajimobi’s plan to cage opposition+how his men lure voters with 500 naira in exchange for voter’s cards)

The Youth Leader of the Peoples Democractic Party in Ibadan North/West Local Government, Alhaji Sharafadeen Alao has cried out to debunk the allegation making the rounds that he masterminded the violence that engulfed the Ayeye axis of the city where properties were destroyed and lives lost.
The PDP chieftain while in a conversation with papermacheonline revealed that some APC bigwigs were only trying to frame him up and got him arrested because of his popularity and his electoral values in the area.

ope fajemilehinBarely 24 hours after the death of popular broadcaster, Opeyemi Fajemilehin some of his aides engaged a female presenter with Eko FM in a public fight and alleged her of killing the man known to have made late comedian/radio presenter Gbenga Adeboye.

The fight took place in the premises of the Radio Lagos Ikeja, Lagos where the usual activity of the day was disrupted with shouts of ‘iwo lo pa! Oku e ko ni je ko ni isinmi’ (you killed him, his ghost will always haunt you).

Hoodlums kill Police Inspector at Gov Ajimobi’s Rally

ajimobi_0-702x336A political rally that was meant to be peaceful and calm in Ibadan yesterday turned to a bloody affair when thugs believed to be APC members killed a police inspector and injured two others.

The violence occurred at the popular Oke-Ado market in Ibadan where Governor Ajimobi was scheduled to hold a rally as part of his 33 Local Government Areas tour.

The policemen were positioned to maintain peace and order and had already arrested some troublemakers whose release were ordered by the caretaker committee Chairman of the council, Taoheed Adeleke on the basis of ‘they are our boys’.

PDP logoIbadan politician, Kabiru Adesokan is yet to recover from his recent experience which is linked with the crisis rocking the PDP in Oyo State when his nomination form and credentials were snatched away from him.

Adesokan who is a top contender for the Egbeda/Ona Ara Federal constituency was at the PDP secretariat to undergo screening when some thugs descended on him and snatched the envelope containing his nomination form, voter’s card and his original credentials.

Sources hinted Paper Mache that Kabiru has been warned not to contest in the election but he didn’t listen and the snatching of his nomination form is believed to be part of the measures to prevent his ambition.

Adesokan who is known to be a close ally of a Governorship aspirant in the PDP is seen as a grassroot mobilise that can influence political equation in his constituency if he have his way.

The form snatching drama has heightened the tensions already dominating the PDP with threats Adesokan’s loyalists to also attack an undisclosed individual whom they alleged of working against their interest.

The police has waded into the matter and reported to have arrested the culprit.
